Gus Garcia is a Florida licensed attorney who also has a degree in Architecture from Florida International University. Gus is the winner of several urban design competitions and is a LEED accredited design professional with the US Green Building Council. Gus is responsible for site enabling projects including sea wall replacement, FPL installation, water, drainage and grading. He is also responsible for negotiating architecture agreements and construction contracts.
Charlo Jenkins is an experienced construction manager who also holds degrees in real estate development and business administration. Charlo has coordinated architects, engineers, design consultants and contractors on a variety of projects. He has experience sourcing and underwriting multi-million dollar projects in Miami. Charlo is also a recipient of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for leadership.
