Gustavo Garcia is a licensed attorney in Florida with a degree in Architecture from Florida International University.
Mr. Garcia guides and advises clients on the potential and development of their real estate assets. With his background, he has successfully turned around troubled projects and managed complex development issues. His expertise includes negotiating and managing construction contracts, replacing failed contractors, supplementing owner resources, overcoming permitting challenges, and navigating board relationships to ensure project success.
Mr. Garcia has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2009. He has won several urban design competitions. In 2010, he co-founded Pari Passu Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization. As co-founder, he led a team that became a finalist in the Building Back Better Communities competition, an international effort sponsored by the Government of Haiti to rebuild affordable housing.
Believing in the transformative power of education, Mr. Garcia also serves on the Board of Take Stock in Children.

Nick Hados is a licensed architect with a degree from the University of Miami. Nick is known for viewing projects from all angles, for being a perfectionist, and for having a knack for implementing design visions in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Nick has played a key role in some of Miami’s most well-known condominium projects, including: The Flamingo, Mirador, Acqualina, Yacht Harbour and Bal Habour 101.
Claudia Garcia is a seasoned project manager with a strong background in project management, training, and education. With a Master’s degree in Architecture from Florida International University, she has extensive experience in the construction industry, managing significant projects and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
As a founding member of DSS Condo, LLC, now a division of Socotec, Claudia was instrumental in its growth and success. Over her four-year tenure, she held various positions, including operations manager, projects coordinator, and project manager. Claudia oversaw 90 million dollars in construction projects, implemented standard operating procedures, managed project executives, and fostered employee development. Her expertise in training programs and structured growth plans significantly contributed to the company’s achievements.
Claudia is also an adjunct professor at Florida International University, instructing students in the School of Architecture on structural design.
Charlo Jenkins is an experienced construction manager who also holds degrees in real estate development and business administration. Charlo has coordinated architects, engineers, design consultants and contractors on a variety of projects. He has experience sourcing and underwriting multi-million dollar projects in Miami. Charlo is also a recipient of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for leadership.
