Bouygues Civil Works was contracted by FDOT to construct the Port of Miami Tunnel. They did not have the complete complement of specialty staff to fully manage the project.
DSS was asked to provide search services at the early stage of the project. DSS worked with BCW to establish job descriptions and qualifications.
Very specific skill requirements were established to greatly reduce candidate pool.
DSS performed a national search, bringing talent to Miami from across the country. We also utilized Predictive Index analysis to ensure a high likelihood of successful employer/employee relationships.
27 specialists were placed on the project, of which 26 remained.
